Notes when booking
1. Check-in time: after 15:00 p.m.; Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m.
2. This center is an eco-friendly hotel, and does not provide disposable toiletries, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, shower caps. Please prepare your own toiletries.
3. Where the deposit has not been made for a booking, please call before 12:00 p.m. on the day of check-in to confirm room availability.
4. Refunds for online cancellations will be debited to the credit card account that was used to pay for the deposit.
5. Deposits for cancellations that was paid via postal remittance or account transfer, can be paid to the post office account of the person who made the reservation, or as a mailed check.
6. Ratio of refund for cancellation by telephone: (according to regulations of the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications)
★ No refund for cancellation on the day of check-in
★ 20% of the deposit refunded for cancellation the day before the check-in date.
★ 30% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 2-3 days before the check-in date.
★ 40% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 4-6 days before the check-in date.
★ 50% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 7-9 days before the check-in date.
★ 70% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 10-13 days before the check-in date.。
★ 100% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 14 days (inclusive) before the check-in

1. The center is located in the Tienhsiang scenic area, where only post office and no other financial organizations are available.
2. For telephonic booking, 1/3 of the payment shall count as the deposit which must be paid within seven days of the booking.
3. After remittance transfer, please write on the receipt the check-in date and name, fax the receipt to 03-8691171. Alternatively, call and provide the last five digits of the transferring account for verification.
4. For postal remittance, please state the date of check-in and name on the remittance form, and call to confirm.
